Habit Content

Names of habits, descriptions, completion logs, streaks, and journal reflections.

Social Interactions

Friend requests, membership in habit circles, and cheers/interactions within those circles.

Technical Data

Device identifiers, push notification tokens, and basic app usage statistics (SDK version, OS type).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information strictly to provide the core services of Circle Habits:

Sync: To ensure your habit data is consistent across all your devices.
Social features: To show your progress to friends you have explicitly joined a "Circle" with.
Notifications: To send reminders based on your chosen frequency.
Support: To resolve technical issues you report to us.

🔒 No Privacy for Sale

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your habit data is private to you and the friends you choose to share it with.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted industry-standard infrastructure to power our app:

Supabase: Our backend provider for database storage and authentication (certified with SOC2/GDPR compliance).
Expo / Google/Apple: To deliver push notifications and manage app updates.

5. Your Rights & Data Selection

You have full control over your data. You may:

Request Access: View all data associated with your account.
Request Correction: Update your profile or habit records at any time.
Request Deletion: You can delete your account directly within the application "Settings". This will permanently erase your profile and habit history from our servers (subject to a backup rotation period not exceeding 30 days).

6. International Transfers

Your information is stored in secured data centers. By using the service, you consent to the transfer of information to servers located globally, where we implement standard contractual clauses for protection.
