By downloading or using the Circle Habits mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease usage of the Service. Circle Habits is owned and operated by Circle Habits Inc. ("we", "us", "our").
Circle Habits provides tools for personal habit tracking, social accountability within user-defined "Circles," and personal journaling for wellness productivity. We provide a platform for community-driven accountability, but we do not guarantee life results or behavior modification.
Circle Habits may offer a lifetime "Premium" access for a one-time fee (e.g., $4.99). This purchase is processed and managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All refunds or billing inquiries must be handled directly through the respective platform's support.
You are solely responsible for the content you post within your Circles. You agree not to use the Service to:
All software, graphics, and branding associated with the Service are the exclusive property of Circle Habits. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferrable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL CIRCLE HABITS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business is incorporated. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
